Made by Cooki packages provide the design, development, hosting, maintenance and management of a custom website.

Standard package prices do not purchase or transfer ownership of the underlying source code.

You retain ownership of the domain, artwork, photographs, writing, branding, logos and other original material you provide.

Third-party accounts created for you, including payment processor and social accounts, should be registered using your details wherever reasonably possible.

You must have permission to use any content you ask Made by Cooki to publish.

Made by Cooki retains ownership of source code, reusable components, templates, private repositories, admin systems, database structures, development tools and deployment configurations.

Your active service provides permission to use the completed managed website for its agreed purpose.

Admin access may allow you to manage artwork, text, prices, services and availability.

Admin access does not include repository access, source-code access or permission to copy, resell or redistribute Made by Cooki systems.

Standard packages begin with an initial six-month hosting and support commitment.

After the initial period, the service continues monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

The project quote will state when the minimum service term begins and which monthly price applies.

You may request migration to another compatible hosting provider while continuing to use Made by Cooki for management and support.

Made by Cooki will retain the private source code and continue handling deployments and updates.

Migration work, third-party hosting and additional configuration may incur separate charges disclosed before work begins.

When the service ends, your domain, supplied assets and eligible data can be returned, transferred or exported.

The managed website may be taken offline once hosting and management end.

Source code and reusable Made by Cooki systems are not included unless an independent handover has been separately quoted and agreed in writing.

Setup fees, monthly charges and any additional costs will be shown before work is approved.

Domain charges, payment-processing fees, premium software and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.

You remain responsible for transactions, refunds, disputes, tax and activity carried out through payment accounts registered in your name.

The first successful referral provides a setup-fee refund or account credit up to £100.

Each additional successful referral provides one free hosting month, up to 12 months in total.

A referral becomes successful once the referred client pays their setup cost and first hosting payment.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a statutory cancellation period applies, details will be provided before payment. Work will only begin during that period after the required request or consent has been received.
